At this moment, the previous conferences give us the inspiration for such a great event.

Near by 750 delegates.. Fifty more colleges.. Even from other states.., in the first Engineering students conference at Govt. Engg. College Palakkad.!!

Alhamdulillah,

It is really nice to see that we are stepping slowly into da'wa through internet and other modern technologies.

But are we moving by aiming the global muslims?

 I should say no. As one of the Islamic Activist from Hyd told us, the scholars in Kerala have an abundant knowledge about Islam, they do research, think a lot, come up with the most logical explanation for everything but the sadest part is that they concentrate only on Malayalis.

I do agree that v are working outside Kerala, and I am here not to blame on scholars. But to say a truth that I have heard from Many Muslim activist here.

They can not find books written by Malayalam scholars which are translated into English.. they can not speak to many of them bcz language becomes a barrier....

So the knowledge and right way of Islam we preach logically in Kerala or among the Malayalis across the world become unreachable for them.

I am wondering, why do not us take an initiative as we have a lot of highly educated Muslim girls and guys in Kerala, who can translate all these scripts into English, and make it available online.

There are thousands of people across the globe searching to find Islam, and statistics says that Websites which talks against Islam has already exceeded million in numbers while websites which give clear evidences from Quran and Sunnah, explains the right stand of Islam is very few..Or the fact is that these sites are not publicized enough to appear in the first page of search results... Are we asleep???

Many of our scholars may not be able to give a lecture in English or write a book in English. But we have a great number of qualified people who can translate these and publicize the great wisdom we people are receiving from our scholar.

We should start websites and forums in English language, which gives Q&A on all Islamic matters with clear evidence and reference from Quran and Sunnah, with great support from eminent scholars.

Alhamdulilla, we have a forum here, but the fact is that this also fails to introduce the help of scholars in answering the questions!

me too agree with nishan's comment on kerala islahi. We do agree, but we need the solution. Wat we can do? A lot scholors in kerala don't know about this discussion forum and islahi portal. If leaders of KNM,ISM,MSM and MGM make sure about it and make it as an agenda in their state distric meetings and counciling.
 If the member of this forum face any language problem, they can post their replies and posts by their on languages. May admin and other member can convert into english or sum other words.

In a past Shabab, in an interview  the President of KNM, Dr. Ahmmedkutty said something about this topic, "we already started sum dawa programmes in national level in kerala style. For the purpose of improve, we made Indian Islahi Movement.
 We trying to co-ordinate the similiar thinkers in various states of India"
